In February, there were changes on the podium of Top Manager Reputation observatory (www.topmanagers.it). Intesa Sanpaolo CEO Carlo Messina (91.22) gained three points and first place, thanks to the widespread media attention surrounding his 2029 business plan and his excellent results for 2025. Messina emphasized that the bank's strength lies, first and foremost, in its people. UniCredit CEO Andrea Orcel (90.85) made a similar point, closing the year with a record net profit of €10.6 billion, up 14%. Rumors arose of a meeting with Philippe Donnet regarding a possible alliance in asset management. Pier Silvio Berlusconi (88.30) came in third, after a surprise visit to the ProSiebenSat headquarters and launching a campaign against cyberbullying. Mediaset intends to allocate any compensation from the lawsuit against Fabrizio Corona to the victims of these crimes. Fourth is Claudio Descalzi (84.89), close to being re-elected at Eni's helm. A2A CEO Renato Mazzoncini (81.37) remains in fifth place. Alessandro Benetton (77.98) is sixth, inaugurating a new 21Art gallery in Rome and, on the occasion of the opening of the Olympics, recalling the successes achieved at the Cortina 2021 World Championships; in seventh is Stefano Donnarumma (77.78), launching FS Engineering led by Dario Lo Bosco and FS Advisory by Ernesto Sicilia, highlighting the record €18.5 billion in investments in 2025 and calling those for the Olympics a "lasting heritage for the country."
