Top Manager Reputation: Orcel, Messina and Berlusconi on the Podium. Lovaglio Climbs Amid the MPS Takeover Battle.

A change at the top of the Top Manager Reputation ranking (www.topmanagers.it) in August: Andrea Orcel (90.81) takes first place thanks to UniCredit's best first half-year ever, its 22nd consecutive quarter of growth, and the consolidation of its position in Commerzbank. Carlo Messina (90.23) moves up, driven by Intesa Sanpaolo's strong results and its leading role in Italy's banking consolidation landscape. In third place is Pier Silvio Berlusconi (90.17), supported by MFE's international reorganization, record audience figures, and the launch of the new Mediaset Italia. Claudio Descalzi (88.39) remains fourth, backed by Eni's results and the strategic Cronos natural gas project. Fifth is Flavio Cattaneo (81.78), combining energy innovation, blockchain initiatives, and Enel's growing international influence, followed by Renato Mazzoncini (81.25), buoyed by A2A's half-year results. Matteo Del Fante (78.57) rises to seventh place thanks to Poste Italiane's record first-half performance and its takeover bid for TIM. In eighth place is Urbano Cairo (78.29), followed by Luca de Meo (73.73), whose turnaround strategy at Kering is beginning to show results, and Alessandro Benetton (72.81). read more
