Remo Ruffini, born in Como in 1961, is the President and CEO of Moncler. His professional training begins in his father's company, Gianfranco Ruffini Ltd, active both in Italy and the United States. Returning to Italy in 1984, he founded New England, specializing in men's shirts, which he soon diversified with a complete line of sportswear and a women's collection. In 2003, Remo Ruffini acquired Moncler, the historic Franco-Italian brand specialized in the production of down jackets, for which he launched an international relaunch project that led, after just a decade, in 2013, to the brand's listing on the Milan Stock Exchange.
