The ACF Fiorentina, better known as Fiorentina, is an Italian football club founded in 1926 in Florence. It plays in Serie A, the top division of the Italian championship.
It has been Italian champion twice, has also won six Coppa Italia and one Italian Supercup. It was the first Italian team to win a UEFA competition, the Cup Winners' Cup in 1960-1961, as well as one of the fifteen European teams (along with Juventus, the only two Italians) to have played at least one final in the three historic and main confederation competitions.
Since 2019, the president of the football team is the Italian-American entrepreneur Rocco Commisso.
