Sergio Marullo di Condojanni was born in Messina in 1978. Graduated with honors in Law, he obtained his PhD in Domestic and International Arbitration in 2007. Associate Professor of Private Law since 2014, he achieved the qualification of full professor in 2018. In 2004, he became a lawyer.
From 2013 to 2020, he served as President of the Central South Territorial Committee of Banco BPM. A board member of Banca Aletti S.p.A. from 2018 to 2022, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of the G20 Business Summit (B20) Italy 2021. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of TIP.
The experience of Sergio Marullo di Condojanni at Angelini began in 2017, the year he became a board member of Angelini Finanziaria S.p.A. and the Angelini Foundation. Since January 2019, he has been Vice President of Angelini Holding S.p.A. - the industrial holding of the group - and since July 2020, he has been Vice President and CEO. Since 2022, he has also been a Director of Angelini Ventures S.p.A.
