Biography

Graduated in Economics and Commerce from Ca' Foscari University of Venice, since 2005, Stefano Beraldo has gained significant experience in auditing and business consulting at the auditing firm Arthur Andersen. Since 1988, he has worked at the holding company of the Benetton group and, starting from 1995, he personally handled the acquisition of the Southern Electricity Company S.p.A. – SME (IRI Group) from the Ministry of Industry, subsequently taking on the role of general manager of GS Euromercato S.p.A..

In the late 1990s, Stefano Beraldo was involved in the project for the sale of GS Euromercato S.p.A. to the Carrefour Group and, since June 2000, he has held the position of CEO and general manager of the De Longhi group, until his entry into the Coin Group, which took place in July 2005. Within the Coin Group, he held the position of CEO and General Manager, completing the restructuring and relaunch of the Group, which culminated in the listing of OVS S.p.A., which took place in March 2015, where he holds the position of CEO and General Manager.

Brand

OVS (previously Oviesse) is a clothing company established in 1972. The name comes from the acronym for Special Sales Organization. The company is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange in the FTSE Italia Small Cap index.
