Born in Naples in 1959, Giuseppe Castagna graduated in Law from Federico II University of Naples. His professional career began a year before his graduation, when he joined Banca Commerciale Italiana. He spent 33 years at Comit, then at Intesa Sanpaolo. Former general manager of Banco di Napoli, he is passionate about sports, especially swimming. He has three daughters.
