Diego Nepi Molineris, CEO of Sport e Salute S.p.A., developed his professional experience at Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. and Grandi Stazioni S.p.A.
Since 2005, he has held the position of Director of Sports Facilities and Parco Foro Italico, later becoming Marketing Director of Coni and from February 2019, Marketing & Business Development Director of Sport e Salute S.p.a. (formerly Coni Servizi). Since September 2021, he has served as General Director of Sport e Salute S.p.a and in August 2023 he was appointed CEO of the same company.
Sport and Health is a public Italian company established in September 2002 as "Coni Servizi" (and remained so until 2018) that deals with the development of sports in Italy, producing and providing general services.
Its sole shareholder is the Ministry of Economy and Finance, of which it is an in-house company. It is headquartered in the H building of the Foro Italico in Rome. A second office was inaugurated in 2021 in Piazza Matteotti in Cosenza.
Since the 2010s, Sport and Health has been the subject of an analysis regarding its potential privatization.
