Gianluca Lilli is Senior Vice President – ​​ABB Electrification Commercial Leader, Italy, and a member of the Board of Directors of ABB SpA, the ABB Group company in Italy that oversees the Electrification, Motion, and Automation Business Areas. He holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and completed his executive education at SDA Bocconi and IMD in Lausanne. Since joining ABB in 1997, he has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad, focusing on product management and business development. In 2015, he joined the international management team, overseeing a sales portfolio of approximately $3.2 billion within the Smart Power Division. He returned to Italy in 2020 as CEO of the Electrification Business Area at ABB SpA, subsequently being appointed Senior Vice President in 2022. His work focuses on the transition and future of electrification, driving investments in technological innovation and the development of solutions that accelerate decarbonization and sustainable growth.
