He is also the CEO and General Manager of Thaleia SpA (since 2023); President of AISCA (since 2018) – Italian Association of Secretaries of the Board of Directors and for Corporate Governance. He holds the position of Contract Professor of “Administrative Regulation of the Economy” at the University of Bologna - Specialization School for Legal Professions “Enrico Redenti” (since 2019). Previously, he was the President of the Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee of SAES Getters SpA (2024); Non-executive Director of the Board of Directors of Saipem SpA (2024-2021); President of Stogit SpA (2023-2020); General Counsel of Snam SpA (2020-2010); President of Italgas SpA (2016-2012); President of Snam Trasporti SpA (2011); Senior Vice President General Counsel Corporate of Eni SpA (2009-2006). He was a Contract Professor of “Environmental Law” at the Faculty of Law of the LIUC University of Castellanza (2012-2007); Vice President of the Anticorruption Committee of the Business at OECD Commission (BIAC), the permanent business representation within the OECD (2021-2019). Lawyer, registered until 2023 with the Bar Association of the Milan Bar.
