The company is studying exploration and production activities for hydrocarbons in the Middle East and Africa. According to former CEO and current chairman Marc Benayoun, it aims to develop infrastructure in Europe, thanks to the network of gas pipelines and its regasification terminals already initiated by Snam, which has acquired important networks in Europe, including France.
