Biography

Simon Hunt, an Australian and British citizen, graduated from the London School of Economics and the London Business School, and has been the CEO of Campari since January 2025.

With over 30 years of experience in premium spirits, Simon Hunt has a solid background in accelerating business growth paths and building global brands. He spent 14 years at William Grant & Sons, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, from President & Managing Director of North America to Chief Commercial Officer, before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2020.

Simon Hunt began his career at Diageo, where he held various managerial positions in marketing and sales, including the role of Vice President of Smirnoff Global Marketing. He then joined Allied Domecq as Senior Vice President of Global Innovation and Executive Vice President of Marketing North America, before joining Pernod Ricard as Chief Executive Officer & President of Malibu-Kahlua International. More recently, after two years as a strategic consultant for Chief Executives and Boards of premium spirits companies, in 2022 Simon Hunt was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Spirits.
