Born in 1982 and graduated in political science from the University of Milan, Alessandro Russo has been the delegated advisor of AGSM AIM SpA, the main multiutility in Northeast Italy, since June 2024. Previously, from 2014 he led CAP Holding, first as president, then as CEO and general manager.
Founded in January 2021 from the merger of AGSM Verona and AIM Vicenza, AGSM AIM is a group with entirely public capital, with 61.2% owned by the Municipality of Verona and 38.8% by the Municipality of Vicenza. With around 2,000 employees and 855,000 customers served in the sale of electricity and gas, the company is one of the main multiutilities in the Italian landscape. The Group's activities are divided among six business units: AGSM AIM Energy, AGSM AIM Smart Solutions, AGSM AIM Heat, AGSM AIM Power, AGSM AIM Environment, and V-Networks for the distribution of gas and electricity.
