Livio Proli has been the CEO of Missoni since May 2020. Until March 2019, the manager held the position of general manager of the Armani Group and, even earlier, he managed the production company Simint, acquired in 1996 by Armani and renamed GA Operations.
Missoni S.p.A. is a fashion house founded in 1953 by Ottavio Missoni and his wife Rosita Jelmini. In June 2018, Fsi (Italian Strategic Fund) entered the Missoni capital with a 41.2% stake and an investment of 70 million. Control remains with the family with 58.8%.
