In March, Pier Silvio Berlusconi (89.72) took first place in the Top Manager Reputation rankings, spearheading a major reorganization of MFE from a holding company to an operating media company. He assumed the dual role of Chairman and CEO, bringing home 2025 profits that more than doubled compared to the previous year. UniCredit CEO Andrea Orcel (89.49) remained stable in second place, extending his stake in Commerzbank with a takeover bid to surpass 30%. The German government opposed the deal, but the manager is not one to back down.
