Mundys (until March 15, 2023 Atlantia S.p.A.), is an Italian company active in the field of highway, airport infrastructure, and mobility-related services. It operates in 24 countries, dedicating itself to infrastructure concessions for highways and airports in almost half of them (France, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Spain in Europe, and Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, India, and Puerto Rico in the rest of the world). The group manages 9,400 kilometers of toll highways, the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino in Italy, and the Nice Côte d'Azur airport in France, totaling about 60 million passengers in transit each year.
In May 2021 (following the collapse of the Morandi Bridge in 2018), it sold the control of Autostrade per l'Italia to a consortium led by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti for 9.1 billion euros, thus returning to public hands. Of the 9.1 billion, eight go to Atlantia (the holding company 30% owned by the Benetton family), the rest to the German insurance giant Allianz and the Chinese sovereign fund Silk Road Fund.
It was listed on the FTSE MIB index of the Milan Stock Exchange until December 9, 2022, the day of its delisting.
