Formula One Group is a private corporate entity closely related to media and organizational issues concerning Formula 1.

It operates through various subsidiaries including Formula One Management and Formula One Promotions and Administration. It was founded on February 13, 1981, with its operational headquarters in Great Britain, in London, and financial headquarters in Jersey. It has more than 209 subsidiaries worldwide. It is involved in organizing sporting events in arenas and stadiums and in the production of footage and video distribution. In the mid-1990s, it launched digital television for F1, which was closed at the end of 2002 due to financial issues.

Since March 2020, it has been publishing the official Formula 1 magazine, the Formula One Magazine. The Formula One Group is listed on NASDAQ.
