Pietro Busnardo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gradiente. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua and earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Among his work experiences, notable positions include those at 3i Europe, McKinsey & Co, and Innogest Sgr. In 2009, he founded Gradiente.
Gradiente SGR is an asset management company that manages funds created to invest capital for growth in small and medium-sized Italian enterprises. The fund primarily invests, but not exclusively, in development capital. The company was established at the initiative of the team and banking foundations to respond to a need for support for economic development with a medium/long-term approach.
During the early years of activity, Gradiente distinguished itself nationally by combining its analytical approach with an entrepreneurial attitude.
Gradiente relies on a team of professionals who have grown up in Italy, developed internationally, independent and free, capable of combining finance with entrepreneurship.
It is based in Padua.
