Born in 1971, Denis Amadori is the youngest of the four children of Francesco Amadori, who—together with his brother Arnaldo—founded the eponymous company in Cesena.
After graduating in Economics from the University of Bologna and gaining work experience in the United Kingdom, he joined the family business in 2000, accumulating over 20 years of experience across the Group’s entire value chain: Operations, Market, and Corporate.
At the end of 2022, he assumed the role of Group CEO, while his older brother, Flavio Amadori, became Chairman. Under this new governance structure, the Group has embarked on a significant evolution—transitioning from a leader in the Italian poultry sector to a broader agri-food group—as underscored by the corporate brand "Amadori - The Italian Protein Company."
In 2025, the Amadori Group recorded consolidated revenue of €1,829 million and an EBITDA margin exceeding 10%.
