Marco Buraglio has been CEO of Ford Italy since November 2025. A graduate in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Buraglio has worked for the company's Italian subsidiary for over twenty years, holding roles of increasing responsibility - Sales Zone Manager, Area Manager, Pricing Manager, Sales Planning, Ordering & Distribution Manager, and Head of Commercial Vehicles - until he was appointed Commercial Director in 2019.
