Born in Milan on November 18, 1977, Igor De Biasio has been the President of Terna since May 9, 2023. He graduated in Political Science with an international focus from the Catholic University of Milan in 2001, and then obtained several post-graduate specializations: in Marketing (SDA Bocconi), Marketing and Digital Economy (Catholic University of Milan), Design Thinking (Polytechnic University of Milan), Business Finance Program (IMD Lausanne, Switzerland). Married with three daughters, Igor De Biasio has been a Board Member of RAI Spa since July 2018 and, since December 2022, of the Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer. He also held a position in RAI COM from February to June 2019. Since January 2022, he has been the Vice President of Confindustria Radio Televisioni. In July 2019, Igor De Biasio was appointed CEO of Arexpo Spa. At the end of 2022, he also received the honorary distinction of Officer of the Order of "Merit of the Italian Republic".

ENAV (acronym for National Agency for Flight Assistance) is an Italian public company in the form of a joint-stock company, which operates as the exclusive provider of services for civil air navigation in the airspace under Italian jurisdiction. It provides air traffic control services, as well as flight information, aeronautical information, and meteorological observations and forecasts, limited to the issuance of meteorological bulletins related to airports and the airspace under its jurisdiction.

The company has its origins in the Autonomous Company for General Air Traffic Flight Assistance, established in 1981.

ENAV is controlled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (53.37% of the share capital) and is subject to the supervision of the National Agency for Civil Aviation and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

It has been listed on the FTSE Italia Mid Cap index of the Milan Stock Exchange since July 2016.
