Eni CEO Claudio Descalzi (85.85) remains stable in second place, with profits exceeding €2.5 billion for the half-year. Carlo Messina (85.29) remains third, beating forecasts with Intesa Sanpaolo's half-year net profit at €5.2 billion. Andrea Orcel (84.27) climbs to fourth place, leading Unicredit to exceed €100 billion in market capitalization, having achieved a record half-year and aiming to further increase its position in Commerzbank. A2A CEO Renato Mazzoncini (79.91) is fifth. Poste Italiane CEO Matteo Del Fante (79.55) is sixth and up by four, thanks to 14% profit growth, driven by financial services and Bancoposta.
