Arpe is the CEO of Tinaba S.p.A., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arepo Pv S.p.A. and Arepo LC S.p.A., Board Member of Centro Europa Ricerche S.r.l. and Board Member of Studio Editoriale S.r.l. From July 2003 to May 2007, he was the CEO of the Capitalia banking group. Matteo Arpe has worked for the Lehman Brothers Group, at Mediobanca, and has been a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Banca di Roma, Mediobanca, European Institute of Oncology (IEO), and Italian Banking Association (ABI), and a board member of Mediocredito Centrale, Banco di Sicilia, CNP Capitalia Vita, Cerba Foundation, Banca Profilo S.p.A., Arepo BP S.p.A. and Banzai S.p.A.
