Sator is an independent group founded in 2007 in Milan, specialized in industrial investments with a medium to long-term horizon.

The group operates in Private Equity, Public Equity, and Real Estate with an investment philosophy across all sectors of a “corporate” and managerial nature, and with a strongly international orientation in terms of objectives, value creation, management, and stakeholders.

Sator, which also operates through offices in London, carries out investment activities through an English law operating company, Sator Capital Limited (SCL), which in 2008 received authorization from the Financial Services Authority (now Financial Conduct Authority) to provide services.
