Biography

Born in Senigallia (AN) in 1959, Giovanni Castellucci graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence and obtained a master's degree in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi. From 1988 to 1999, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a leading consulting firm in the field of business strategies, at the Paris office (until 1991) and the Milan office (from 1991) until he became Partner and head of the Italian Customer Service and Pharma Practices. In January 2000, Giovanni Castellucci was appointed CEO of the Barilla Group. In June 2001, he became General Director of the Autostrade Group. In April 2005, he took on the role of CEO of Autostrade per l'Italia while maintaining the responsibility of General Director of Autostrade, now Atlantia. In 2006, Giovanni Castellucci became CEO of Atlantia. Since November 2013, he has been a board member of Aeroporti di Roma.
