Born in Milan on October 29, 1967, Stefano Antonio Donnarumma graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1993. Registered with the Order of Engineers since 1994, he obtained the QING Certification as "Expert in Technical Management of Industrial Plants" in 2003. Donnarumma worked from 1994 for about 9 years in the production of automotive and railway components, and since 2003 he has been responsible for the management of railway vehicle production plants. In 2007 he joined Acea Distribuzione as Operations Director and then as President and CEO until August 2012. Since September 2012, he has been part of the Aeroporti di Roma Group as Airport Management Director and Accountable Manager of the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, as well as President of the ADR Assistance company. In May 2015, he became Director of the Networks & Heat Business Unit of the A2A Group. From May 2017 to 2020, Stefano Antonio Donnarumma was the CEO of Acea. In May 2020, he was appointed CEO of Terna, a position he held until May 2023. Since June 2024, he has been the CEO of the FS Group.
