Biography

Born in Verona in 1956, graduated with honors in Law in Bologna. Lawyer. In 1984 Carlo Fratta Pasini became a member of the Board of Directors of Agricoltura Assicurazioni, a company of the Generali group. He began his experience in the banking world in 1995 when he became a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Popolare di Verona - Banco S.Geminiano e S.Prospero, taking on the Vice Presidency in 1996 and the Presidency in 1999. Carlo Fratta Pasini has been awarded the honor of Officer of the Order of "Merit of the Italian Republic", as well as an honorary degree of Master in Economics of Banking and Financial Markets.
