Biography

Andrea Moltrasio was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UBI Banca from 2013 to 2019. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, California. Until 2013, he was the Managing Director of Icro Coatings and Clinica Castelli, of which he is currently the non-executive Chairman. He was previously the President of the Union of Industrialists of Bergamo (2001-2005) and Vice President with responsibility for Europe of Confindustria Nazionale (2005-2010). He co-founded Bergamo Scienza in 2003 and served as its President until 2013. He was a Board Member of Banca Popolare di Bergamo (2003-2007), a Supervisory Board Member at UBI Banca (2007-2010), a Management Board Member (2010-2013), and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Centrobanca (2010-2013).
