Enrico Preziosi was born on February 18, 1948, in Avellino. In 1978, he founded Giochi Preziosi, now the second largest company in Europe in the sector (after Lego) and fourth in the world (Mattel and Hasbro). He entered the world of football in 1992 with Saronno, leading them in two seasons from the Interregional to C1, narrowly missing promotion to B. In 1997, he acquired Como, which he led to Serie A. Former president and owner of the Italian football team Genoa Cricket and Football Club, Enrico Preziosi is also the owner of the Alberti theater on Lake Garda.
