Silvia Merlo, born in Cuneo, holds a degree in Business Administration. She has been the President of Saipem from April 2021 to May 2024, and is the CEO of Merlo S.p.A. Metalworking Industry, also holding positions on the Boards of Directors of other companies belonging to the Merlo Group.
