Upon joining Barilla, Claudio Colzani initiated profound transformations both in business and culture, and increased international activities, focusing particularly on the consumer and customer centrality, while leading a corporate culture based on integration and diversity as drivers for personal growth and a more open mindset. He manages a turnover of 3.4 million euros and 8,420 people under 13 brands. Born in Giussano (MI) on May 5, 1957, Claudio Colzani graduated in Philosophy from the University of Milan.
