Born and raised in Italy, Mariangela Marseglia has lived in many countries in recent years, from France to the United States to the United Kingdom. After earning a degree in Economics and Commerce from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, she worked for over ten years in consulting, marketing, and business development at multinational companies such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Unilever, and Mars Inc.
Present from the very beginning of Amazon.it, she first dealt with Media and books, and then directed the Hardlines Category for years. After an 8-month experience in Seattle, upon her return, she was chosen to lead the Prime Now project in Europe, the service that offers ultra-fast deliveries in 1 hour or within 2-hour windows for Amazon Prime customers. In her free time, she is passionate about travel, modern art, and photography.
Until February 2025, she was the Country Manager for Italy and Spain at Amazon; starting in March, she holds the position of Vice President Stores for Europe.
