Louis Kim, class of 1971, has been President of Samsung Italy since December 2024. With a Bachelor of Arts from Korea University in Seoul and an MBA obtained from McGill University in Canada, Kim boasts nearly thirty years of experience at Samsung. He joined the company in 1996 and has held various positions over the years: initially in the International Business Development area at the Korean headquarters in Suwon, then as Corporate Marketing Manager in Canada, having also had various experiences in Sales Marketing in Korea and France. Before arriving in our country, he was President of Samsung Electronics Australia.
