Sport and Health is a public Italian company established in September 2002 as "Coni Servizi" (and remained so until 2018) that deals with the development of sports in Italy, producing and providing general services.

Its sole shareholder is the Ministry of Economy and Finance, of which it is an in-house company. It is headquartered in the H building of the Foro Italico in Rome. A second office was inaugurated in 2021 in Piazza Matteotti in Cosenza.

Since the 2010s, Sport and Health has been the subject of an analysis regarding its potential privatization.
