Biography

Born in 1977 in Mendrisio (Switzerland), Lorenzo Vangelisti attended the Cantonal School of Commerce in Bellinzona. He later obtained the Swiss Certified Banking Specialist Certificate, issued by the Banking Studies Center (Vezia), and the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). He joined Credit Suisse immediately after his studies, initially as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the Private Banking division. For the Swiss institution, he held various positions, eventually becoming Vice President of the Private Banking Network and finally Director of the Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives division at the London office. In 2010, he founded Valeur Group, a company active in asset management, advisory, trading, research, and real estate. Today, as Partner and CEO, Lorenzo Vangelisti leads a group that has grown in recent years and currently consists of five companies: Valeur Capital Ltd, Valeur Securities SA, Valeur SA, Valeur Concept SA, and LinkedTrade Technologies.
