Managing Director of NEXTCHEM, Fabio Fritelli is a manager with extensive experience in the fields of sustainable innovation, advanced technologies, and finance. In his current role at NEXTCHEM, he is focused on promoting strategic growth and value creation, with the aim of accelerating the energy transition.

A graduate in Business Administration from the University of Rome, Fabio Fritelli earned an Executive MBA from INSEAD in France. Throughout his career, he has distinguished himself by holding leadership positions in financial institutions and multinational companies, with responsibilities in corporate finance and business development. He has developed strong skills in financing large-scale global infrastructure and strategic management.

In his journey at MAIRE, he has held prominent positions including that of Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the definition of the Group's financial strategies, and that of Chairman of MET Development, where he directed strategic planning and the execution of large-scale projects.
