Biography

Fabio Cassi is a chartered accountant and auditor with over 25 years of experience in the financial consulting sector. He is a founding partner, Partner, and CEO of CAP Advisory, which was born from the spin-off of Cassi e Associati and specializes in Restructuring and M&A operations. Since 2016, he has also been a lecturer at Luiss Business School for the EMAFIM Master. In the past, Fabio Cassi has held various positions, including President of UNA Hotels & Resorts S.p.A., President of Prestinuova S.p.A. (Banca Popolare di Vicenza Group), board member of Carlo Tassara S.p.A. and Carlo Tassara France, President of the board of statutory auditors of Sorgenia, and several others. Fabio Cassi was also the founder and President of the Antonello da Messina Cooperative Credit Bank. He is currently a statutory auditor of Etro S.p.A. and a statutory auditor of SRFF S.p.A. (Rocco Forte Hotel Group).
